Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400 m)

Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, meet our representative, and transfer to your hotel. Brief trek orientation in the evening. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 02 :

Free Day in Kathmandu & Trek Preparation

Spend the day checking gear, making final preparations, and exploring Kathmandu’s cultural sites. Permit arrangements and briefing for the trek. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 03 :

Flight Kathmandu (1,400 m) to Lukla (2,840 m) & Trek to Phakding (2,610 m)

Take a scenic mountain flight to Lukla, meet the trekking crew, and begin the trek through Sherpa villages to Phakding. Overnight in Phakding.

Day 04 :

Trek from Phakding (2,610 m) to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m)

Follow the Dudh Koshi River, cross suspension bridges, and enjoy views of Thamserku before climbing to the vibrant Sherpa town of Namche Bazaar. Overnight in Namche.

Day 05 :

Acclimatization Day at Namche Bazaar (3,440 m)

Rest and acclimatize. Optional hikes to nearby viewpoints or visit the Sherpa Culture Museum and local markets. Overnight in Namche.

Day 06 :

Trek from Namche Bazaar (3,440 m) to Thame (3,820 m)

Trek through beautiful forests and traditional Sherpa villages to reach the peaceful village of Thame. Overnight in Thame.

Day 07 :

Trek from Thame (3,820 m) to Marulung (4,210 m)

Ascend steadily through alpine terrain, passing yak pastures and stunning mountain views, arriving at the quiet village of Marulung. Overnight in Marulung.

Day 08 :

Trek from Marulung (4,210 m) to Lumde (4,368 m)

Continue trekking through rugged landscapes, enjoying panoramic mountain views as you reach the serene village of Lumde. Overnight in Lumde.

Day 09 :

Trek from Lumde (4,368 m) to Gokyo (4,790 m) via Renjo La Pass (5,360 m)

Cross the challenging Renjo La Pass with stunning views of Everest and surrounding peaks before descending to the beautiful Gokyo village. Overnight in Gokyo.

Day 10 :

Trek from Gokyo (4,790 m) to Dragnag/Thangnag (4,750 m)

Leave Gokyo and trek across alpine terrain, passing high-altitude lakes and rugged landscapes, arriving at the remote village of Dragnag (Thangnag). Overnight in Dragnag.

Day 11 :

Trek from Dragnag/Thangnag (4,750 m) to Dzongla (4,700 m) via Cho La Pass (5,420 m)

Cross the thrilling Cho La Pass with breathtaking mountain views, then descend to the peaceful village of Dzongla for overnight stay.

Day 12 :

Trek from Dzongla (4,700 m) to Gorakshep (5,140 m)

Ascend gradually through high alpine terrain to Gorakshep, the last stop before Everest Base Camp. Overnight in Gorakshep.

Day 13 :

Trek from Gorakshep (5,140 m) to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m) and descend to Lobuche (4,910 m)

Hike to the iconic Everest Base Camp for stunning views, then descend to the village of Lobuche for overnight stay.

Day 14 :

Trek from Lobuche (4,910 m) to Chhukung (4,730 m) via Kongma La Pass (5,535 m)

Cross the challenging Kongma La Pass, enjoying spectacular panoramic views, then descend to the village of Chhukung for overnight stay.

Trek uphill to Island Peak Base Camp, preparing for the upcoming summit climb with stunning mountain views. Overnight at base camp.

Day 16 :

Climb from Island Peak Base Camp (5,200 m) to Summit (6,189 m) and descend to Chhukung (4,730 m)

Early morning summit push to Island Peak’s peak, enjoying breathtaking views from the top. Descend back to Chhukung for well-deserved rest. Overnight in Chhukung.

Day 17 :

Trek from Chhukung (4,730 m) to Tengboche (3,870 m)

Descend through alpine landscapes and forests to reach the famous Tengboche Monastery, a spiritual and cultural highlight. Overnight in Tengboche.

Day 18 :

Trek from Tengboche (3,870 m) to Monjo (2,835 m)

Descend through rhododendron forests and traditional villages, retracing your steps toward the lower Khumbu region. Overnight in Monjo.

Day 19 :

Trek from Monjo (2,835 m) to Lukla (2,840 m)

Final trek day through beautiful forests and villages, arriving in Lukla to celebrate the completion of your adventure. Overnight in Lukla.

Day 20 :

Flight from Lukla (2,840 m) to Kathmandu (1,400 m)

Take an early morning scenic flight back to Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel for rest or onward travel.

Day 21 :

Departure from Kathmandu or Onward for Next Program
