Overview
The Nar Phu Valley Trek starts with a drive from Besisahar to Dharapani, then trekking from Koto into the remote Nar Phu Valley. The route passes through Meta, Phu (with a side trip to Himlung Base Camp), and Nar, where you explore traditional villages and monasteries. From Nar, the trek crosses Kang La Pass to Nawal, then continues to Manang and Chame. The trek ends with a scenic drive back to Kathmandu. The mountain roads offer beautiful views of waterfalls, villages, terraced fields, and mountains.
